Returns
Due to the nature of food and spice products, returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The package is defective or tampered with
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed if:
- The product is confirmed damaged or incorrect
- The order could not be delivered due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Taste preference issues
- Products damaged due to improper storage
