Returns

Due to the nature of food and spice products, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The package is defective or tampered with

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed if:

  • The product is confirmed damaged or incorrect
  • The order could not be delivered due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference issues
  • Products damaged due to improper storage
